THE BRIEF
Pictet Asset Management asked us to redesign their digital presence across 25 markets. They needed a system that was flexible and scalable in order to acommodate the different content and requirements of each market. They also needed a solution for publishing the content that their fund managers were producing.
CHALLENGE
After interviewing with investors, we realized that they were not going to PAM's website to check the performance of funds, or for purchasing, since they had better and faster ways to do that. Also, the content on PAM was locked in PDFs which made it hard to find, share and digest.
OPPORTUNITY
The great advantage that Pictet had amongst competitors was the large amount of highly skilled fund managers, who were constantly editing thought pieces and other great content, but unfortunately they had nowhere to publish it.
SOLUTION
We created a modular system, where every section of the site could be placed anywhere, and combined with any other modules, to create different templates and pages. All this was managed through a CMS, that also empowered their fund managers to write and publish articles by themselves.
In some key areas, we brought the designs to life using some quick animations, that illustrated our vision and helped the developers understand how the whole platform should look and feel.
