Credit Suisse asked us to digitalize their private banking offering which at the time was all done in person at their offices, speaking directly to a manager. The ask was to give their investors a full view of their portfolios, control over their current positions and collaboration tools to get in touch with their relationship manager.
This was a build from scratch, so the first challenge was to understand what the users needed, study the competition and interview stakeholders to capture requirements and define the MVP.
Since Credit Suisse Private Banking is a very exclusive finance product, we had the opportunity to design, craft and build, this powerful tool that made CS offerings more interesting than ever.
The first phase of the project was an iPad app, that gave users all the data related to their portfolio's performance, allowed to buy or sell any instruments in real time, and also showed relevant news.
