BT Global services approached us with the challenge to transform their digital presence, which was "outdated", "boring" and didn't reflect the quality of their service offerings, into a shop window for a 21st century, cutting edge, digital focused global business. We answered their brief by delivering a best in class digital experience that reflected their ambition, strategy and brand.
Their content was great, specially the case studies which reflected the type of services they offer and the high quality and complexity of them. We created a set of case study templates, that allowed them to bring the content to life and make it more engaging. Features such as in page navigation, chaptering, cross linking were included to make the reading experience better. And we brought it to life with some animations and transitions which help rounding up the experience.
We consolidated all the content in one insights section, with tags, filters and other features to make the content easy to find and relevant to the users interest. We also created a design language for each of the content types to help the user to visually scan the page.
